By using Bone Treasure you agree to:

• Use the App in compliance with applicable laws and our Terms of Use.
• Be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to accept this policy or have parental consent if required. If you are under the applicable age (e.g., under 13 in the U.S.), do not provide personal information without parental consent; see Children’s Privacy below.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to:

• Provide the App and services requested by you.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

Account access and control:

If your personal information changes, you may update it in the App or by contacting support at onvesterinfotech@gmail.com. Keep your account information accurate to ensure effective communication and access to services.

We use third-party SDKs and services to operate and improve Bone Treasure. Common categories include:

• Analytics SDKs (e.g., Google Firebase Analytics, Unity Analytics) to understand usage and improve gameplay.
• Crash reporting (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics).

These SDKs may collect device identifiers, crash logs, usage events, and advertising IDs. Third parties operate under their own privacy policies — we recommend reviewing their policies. We contractually limit these vendors to use data only to provide the requested services.

Bone Treasure requests access to location information only if you explicitly grant it. We use location data for purposes such as localized content, regional compliance (where game availability is determined by location), or to provide location-based features. Location data types:

• Precise location (GPS): requested only when a feature requires it.

Bone Treasure is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age without parental consent. If you are located outside the country where the App is operated, please note that information we collect may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own.
